I knew a guy who worked at McDonalds who while working drive thru got splashed with petrol and threatened with a lighter. Now normally this would be a pretty intense situation and one of the worst ways to get robbed... however when you can just shut the window and walk away without any chance of the dude hurting you it ain't too big of a deal...
