Back in my highschool days, it was someone's 17th birthday and we needed a place to have a party. Lacking a house without parents and being tired of getting drunk in the middle of random ovals it was decided that we'd obtain the local scout hall for our festivities. Of course, telling them that we were a bunch of teenagers planning to get drunk probably wasn't the best idea so we thought that informing them that we were going to be having a "Star Wars trivia night with 20 people" was the go.

They actually believed it, so someone put down the $70 and we had ourselves a grand old time... for about half an hour until the huge number of people hanging around the front gave us away and the scout master rocked up and got crazy angry. "I WAS TOLD THERE WAS JUST GOING TO BE A FEW KIDS WATCHING STAR WARS!! I'M CALLING THE POLICE" he yelled. So we bailed... and a small group of us ended up getting drunk on an oval.

I think the icing on the cake though is the way we wrote "WELCOME TO THE STAR WARS TRIVIA NIGHT" in huge letters on the chalkboard as though that would some how help our cover when there was about 100 people spilling out of the place clearly up to no good.
